The Executive Girlfriends Group is a Women's Network, founded on National Girlfriends' Day in 2008 by Chicke Fitzgerald.

Chicke is a serial entrepreneur, author, speaker and consultant.  She is an expert in social media and hosts three radio shows on BlogTalkRadio.  She founded Solutionz, a global consulting firm, in 1996 and Solutionz Media in 2009.

She is married to Michael and has a 13 year old daughter, Kiera and a 11 year old son Sergey.  They reside in Tampa, FL.

Pattie is the executive producer of the Executive Girlfriends' Group shows and manages our website, our private member platform and our participation in BlogTalkRadio and iTunes.

Pattie and Chicke have been friends for nearly 30 years and have been through thick and thin together.

Uncommon bonds are what EGG is all about.

The real heroes of the Executive Girlfriends' Group are our members.  We have amazing women from all walks of life, both corporate and entrepreneurs.  What they have in common is that they are exceptional and the bonds between them are uncommon.

Annette Hogan - Sr Director, Marketing, Cruise Planners/American Express.   Annette was a founding board member with EGG.  She resides in Miami, FL.


Cecilia Dahl - President of Smart Destinations.  Cecilia heads up our NextGen program for the next generation of executive women within EGG.  She resides in the Boston area.


Carolyn Cauceglia - Vice President of Strategic Sales and Account Management with Amadeus.  Carolyn is new to the EGG board this year and is also the head of our EGG Local chapter in Miami.


Chris Brosnahan - Vice President Distribution and Reservation Services for Carlson Hospitality.  Chris is a founding board member with EGG.


Chicke Fitzgerald - CEO and Founder of Solutionz Holdings, as well as Co-Founder of Rock the World Enterprises.  Chicke founded EGG in 2008.  She lives in Tampa, FL.

Chris Bradshaw - COO of PlumLife.  Chris is a founding member with the EGG board and the head of our Dallas EGG Local chapter.


Flo Lugli - Executive Vice President Marketing with Wyndham Worldwide.  Flo is a founding board member with the EGG board and the head of our NY/NJ/CT EGG Local chapter.


Peggy Lee - Early stage business expert and founder of Engage! Consulting.   Peggy does projects in the travel, digital media, sports & entertainment and health and wellness industries.  Peggy is a founding member of the EGG Board and lives in Connecticut.


Cary Broussard - New to the board in 2012, Cary is an author, adjunct professor and marketing expert.  She is the author of Cinderella to CEO.  Cary has held executive positions with Wyndham and MPI International and she teaches at NYU's Tisch Center.  She resides in NYC.


Tiffany Topcik - Tiffany is an entrepreneur and co-host of Solutionz Live!   She is the former President of HEDNA and has held executive positions with Hickory and ABC Corporate Services.  Tiffany resides in Chicago, IL.
